Dr. Katie Graves and the whole team are amazing. My dog had a difficult spay and Dr. Katie went above and beyond with multiple check ins and was so compassionate. Dr. Grant and Dr. Katie answered the many, many questions and concerns we had. I trust them so much.
Today I had my Bantam BullDog named Brandy in to visit with Dr. Pat Higgins. Immediately when I arrived I was welcomed by courteous and professional staff members. Dr. Higgins was thorough in his examination of Brandy. Dr. Higgins took the time to put Brandy at ease and to chat with us in a calm and friendly manner. I was immensely impressed with the professional and courteous interaction with Dr. Higgins and the entire staff at Deer Park Pet Hospital.
The staff are always super friendly and eager to help! I take both of my cats and my dog there for checkouts, vaccinations and any other veterinary needs. Always a pleasant experience there!
By far the best pet hospital in central alberta! Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are not quick to charge for every single procedure, and recommend what is best for the pets and owners as well
This is by far the best vet I have used. All the staff is knowledgeable and willing to pet and acknowledge my pup. She just loves going there.
Over the years, this amazing clinic and their staff, have walked with my family and I, through the illness and eventual death of two hedgehogs. Their knowledge of exotic pets, compassion, and thoughtfulness, are equal to none. I highly recommend them.
I can't believe how quickly they were able to get me in. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Clean, open office. Thank you for my kitty's checkup, I appreciate having the peace of mind! Update October 13, 2022: Thank you SO much for all your help with my semi-feral girl who needed a bum trim! She's back to her normal self - we've spent the morning cuddling, half of it with the bum I couldn't touch now in my face, as it apparently feels much more comfortable.
We recently took our new puppy to Dr. Grant for an initial assessment and her second set of shots - it was an incredibly positive experience! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Grant answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that our puppy will be in good hands!
My experience at this deer Park hospital is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and so professional. Being a first time dog owner they have made it very easy for me to have the know-how to take care of my puppy. The prices for his shots are very reasonable. If you want professional care for your pet I recommend this hospital by far.
