First time at Vine getting gel pedicures and it was such a positive experience! We had a group appointment and they were so accommodating. It was a very private experience and the quality of service was excellent.  They techs we had were Amber, Jordan, Sandy. They rock. Promote them!!!

Just had our couple’s massage with my partner and it was our first time together and we love it! The place is so cozy and clean and I like the concept. Jennifer is very friendly, nice and accommodating. Sinead Mitchell and Daniel Bochon, who did our massage, they did a great job! Really appreciate them. The whole package was just so great! Thanks guys! Definitely will go back again. Highly recommended!

Great experience , the girl who did my pedicure was a gem and very professional.  Overall very happy with my experience and would come back. Highly recommend

Well booked a massage ...  got there got ready .... waited 20 mins for a different massage therapist to come to me and tell me my massage therapist didn't show up for my appointment and they can not get ahold of her .... offered a 30 min massage instead of the hour I had booked or for me to come back a different  day ..... interesting.   . Probably not

What an amazing experience. I got the warrior facial and the staff was fantastic! The best treat your self experience, my face feels so refreshed!

Thankfully my friend had a really great experience getting her facial. However, I booked this appointment a month in advance and left my credit card info with the front desk. Somehow the notes from the “previous receptionist” were lost. So they charged my friend who is the bride instead of me. This also means that my credit card info is floating around their office and they don’t know where. The lady on the phone said “I could just e-transfer my friend and it would be the same.” No, I needed it charged to my credit card for tax purpose. Update: the lady on the phone was a manager. She has now repeatedly called me to fix the issue so that I will remove my review. But I won’t be. Thank you!

Everytime I enter the vine the atmosphere is absolutely amazing and friendly and kind. They take care of all their clients that walk into the door. And that’s one thing that I love about them.

“New” receptionist doesn’t know how to do their job and poses as manager when asked for assistance after being incompetent. Services are great though but the customer service needs a lot of attention
