Wonderful breakfast location. The meal was excellent. Place was clean front and back. Staff was polite and in a good mood. Parking is plentiful also. Loved the more unique options like bumble berry jam! I didn’t ask but the jam seemed home made and was a delight. If they added a little bit of noise control this place would be perfect! Such as treatment to absorb noise around the pillars and maybe something on the walls. The noise adds a very nice energy to the room but a little noise control would make this place perfect.
The food is good and fairly priced. I was really pleased to see an option with chicken for breakfast for my son. He loved it. The place looks super clean and they have nice decor. I was glad they let us sit in a booth even though we were only two. They weren't that busy. I would only wish our waitress would have been more cordial. I had to ask for her to clean the table even though it was obviously dirty see picture. We had to ask for napkins as we didn't get any with our drinks. She barely made eye contact or talked to me aside from the necessary interactions. She seemed rushed to deal with me despite they weren't busy. Once I talked to her within a meter and she never turned until I called her. I may go back but I really hope we get a different server.
First time visiting this place today 3/5: Myself Ordered French Canadian Bowl that has smoked meat a bit saltier than expected baked beans delightful adds on but too sweet , and scrambled eggs it still has runny egg white. Overall I still liked it but hoping next time flavor wise can be tuned up more perfectly. 3.5/5: my partner ordered Smoking pig Benny with soft poached. Egg itself was over cooked just a Tinie Tinie bit so it was more of a medium. Biscuit was hard like a rock, unable to cut through with a knife and force. Flavor is GOOD though! 3/5: My kid ordered Belgium Waffle. Super soft and fluffy a bit too sugary for my personal liking without any syrup 2/5: we grabbed just regular coffee which isn't for my personal liking. I'm very looking forward to try the latte next time : 5/5: Service was AMAZING. My thanks to the beautiful blue eyes, curly dark hair lady. You just simply made our first visit feels like home! 5/5: Environment: not too loud or too quiet. It was just the right amount of "noise" with a full house. I appreciated that. 5/5: Decoration of the restaurant is pleasant. Whoever designed the place has a great taste from tiles to material, love it all. Great place to visit again
The place and ambience are nice. Servers are very friendly and nice. The food was acceptable but not exceptional in terms of size and flavour. The price is a little bit expensive compared to size and flavour. I think dish is too dry, the bennys need more sauce
Great energy and atmosphere at Poachedyyc. The interior is beautifully decorated, calm colors, nice textures, clean, no funky smells - even the washroom was stunning! Lol.. the food was delicious, the flatware and drinkware were so nice, and our server was friendly, patient and attentive. QR code menu - same as what is on their website. Will definitely be returning and would recommend!
We were cheerfully greeted as soon we walked in, and given a table. The menu is QR, it's a great menu! The restaurant is decorated in a funky chic farmhouse style, I kind of love it. The food is fantastic, actually it's scrumdiddlyumptious! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is, because the waitress seemed to forget us. I had to ask her 3 times for a straw and or ketchup. She didn't come to our table to check on us, or if we are enjoying the food once, but showed up promptly with our bill. Over all, a great place with a nice atmosphere.
Very tasty and upscale food but very small portion. Coffee was outstanding for a drip that is. We'd go again, hopefully portions are a bit better next time Vegetarian options: Plenty Kid-friendliness: Aure Parking: Tons of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I really love the place, the food is really good. Not too fast for the food to get ready, about 20 min or more, but the food always taste delicious and the staff is always very polite. I've already tried the pancake stack and some french toast I forgot the name. Both great! I'll definitely gonna go again to try something new
The service are great, food taste good, the coffee is too light for what I would like. Overall a very good brunch place in the neighborhood.Food: 4/5
Absolutely stunning. By far my favourite Eggs Benny in the city. A perfectly cooked fried chicken thigh accented by a perfect buttermilk biscuit and a luscious Hollandaise. The potatoes are golden brown and fluffy, the perfect vessel for sopping up the silky yolk of a sultry soft poached egg.
