I have been using Fergus for 10 years now and love the simplicity of the program. Easy to maneuver around, a very practical program. Fergus staff are always there to help, doesn't matter the size of the problem. Highly recommend for all those tradies out there.
Fergus has made a massive difference to our business. I still have a lot to learn but am loving the information it can provide and is a fantastic tool for our business. The support desk is extremely helpful.

Fergus has taken significant effort out of what were manual, time consuming processes and streamlined and concentrated our core business functions in one convenient, easy to use software platform. Great support from the Fergus team who are always at our back and call.
We are a small Utility Services Locating business where maximising time in the field and minimising administration time is key. As a job management system, Fergus pretty much ticks all the boxes for us - quoting, job scheduling, invoicing and reporting are easy to navigate, efficient and really well backed up with system training and support thanks to Marina and the Team. Highly recommend.

I have used Fergus over the last 10 years and seen it evolved and improved over this time. Ive used it in building, electrical, property wash, and other industries where I have specialised in office management & start-up systems to get teams connected with office staff and this app covers everything from being able to see where team members are to send them to priority jobs, timesheets, quotes, invoices, photos, docs & health & safety. Fergus has it all! Only comment is that I would prefer if the middle plan/option would allow pictures as this would really price it competitively in the market. 5 Stars from me.
At my wits end, been using this system since inception waiting for minor bugs in the app to be fixed for over 2 years at least, been told to use the go version which is totally unusable, tired of paying for a glitchy app that seems to be more about adding useless features instead of getting the basics working properly. Desktop version however has been working well and is the only saving grace, but as a sole trader I try on the mobile app to run my day to day
I have been using Fergus for close to 24 months now and find it to be very user friendly. The mobile version app based is one of the best ones out there at the moment!
