They lost the access log for my safe deposit box and elected not to tell me for nearly five minutes, leaving me to wonder why they were whispering to each other and looking concerned. I understand that mistakes happen, but please tell me what's going on so I don't stand there like a dope thinking all my documents have been destroyed.
