I would like to say I have been with PNC /National City since I was 18 years old. I never had an issue with them until now. They send representive to my job talking about how great they are what they can do for you, etc. The young lady states if you refer a friend and they sign up you and the friend will get $100.00. This was in like April or May of this year (2016). My friend got her money in June. I call to inquire about mines which you would think would have come right after hers but guess what IT DIDNT!!!! Oh they say we will make note you called back in June and here it is Oct damn near Nov. and guess what I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY!!! They tell me of this an isolated event and has never happened before. Really!!! They tell me we are working on it and give us two to three business days to get this resolved and we will call you. Do you think they called me absolutely not. I had to call them. So they were like we will be putting someone on the case they will call you soon. I call the people back. They wanted my account number and one of my last transactions really!!! I give her the information and guess what THEY NEED ANOTHER TWO TO THREE BUSINESS DAYS!!! Are you kidding me right now? You need all this time to give me what you said I would get almost 6 months ago really. All this back and forth for $100.00 you owe me. They cant tell me anything. This has been the worst experience and I will never ever refer anyone to PNC ever again. I will be removing my services from this bank and get what I need and deserve.
