If I could give fewer stars I would. Completely incompetent staff and banking institution. Closed all accounts and paid off loan and three months later they won't stop taking out payments. After going to the bank 3x they STILL can't fix it! No one will EVER answer a phone so you can't even call!

Kalsee Credit Union has financed both our cars and they give us good service. They have been very clear and merciful about late fees for late payments. They have a 10-day grace. For paying their loans. They could improve some of the waiting room where you stand in line because there's quite a long line quite often that I go in there.
