@ Main CCU office- Employees here are not helpful. They do not return phone calls and I have been hung up on more than once. When you call and ask to speak to a particular person, that person is never in. When you ask to speak to someone else in charge, they put you on hold, and minutes later the line goes dead. Unbelievable. When we have asked that a particular bank associate to return our phone calls, we never received a call back. Ridiculous and very poor business practices.
