I wanted to upgrade my gas furnace/air conditioning and, after asking quotes to many companies, they were the only ones with a detailed estimate of all the work. Everyone else just said a random price without details. I also wanted to bring my gas line to the kitchen and they were the only ones to offer it; everyone else said to contact another company. The day they did the work, 3 technicians came, protected my floors, took out the old unit and put in the new one. They cleaned everything when they were done and, gave me some tips about operating the new equipment answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the work they did. I would recommend to anyone who has to upgrade their gas furnace and AC.

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude and appreciation for a "job well done"! We were a little apprehensive about buying a new furnace and heat pump given the options available in the market place and not being technically savvy in this area. However, Pierrefonds Heating put us at ease with their knowledge and experience as they courteously and patiently walked us through the various options available. The installation crew further put us at ease with their friendliness, willingness to answer all of our questions. The installation was fast and professional. The work site left spotless. Our whole experience with Pierrefonds Heating from sales to installation was a pleasant one. Just had a new Furnance installed by Pierrefonds Heating after 30 years with my original Lennox Electrice forced Air unit. My compliments to all concerned at Pierrefonds Heating ,from the Sales Staff, Installation and Service Departments. A very staisfying experience. Would highly recoomend them as well as the Lennox products they offer!!
