I used to be a member here but after 2 personal training sessions and 4-5 work outs received a letter from Pro Legal Collections in Oshawa stating I owe 1103.00 Sense Mark's steroid business is hurting he needs to turn to shady billing procedures. I was only aloud in the club for 2 months as the payment was late on the third month but was still charged for the remaining 10 months in the contract which gym use was suspended for non payment. It gets better though he has sense put through Pro Legal Collections in Oshawa a credit judgment on my Equifax. Mark is a bad gangster who has a good fitness club but is bad at stealing money. Anyways think twice before giving any banking details to this place ie. drivers license number, banking details etc... Unless you pay cash up front for the year don't join.

What an absolute farce of a gym. Do not sign a contract with these guys. I've left the province and have been paying a membership for almost a full year. After 2 separate attempts to rectify the situation it seems that the only option is to use registered mail to do a cancellation. They also auto renewed my membership after it expired. I've heard of archaic cancellation methods for gyms but this is a bit crazy...

I have to say that I don't like giving reviews but I feel it's fair to others who might be thinking of joining. Currently, the gym at the Whitby location seems to be a dive. The gym isn't clean - the cross fit area is full of dust and dirt. Downstairs I encountered what i am fairly certain was a cockroach. I also don't like that they ate taking away all the equipment in the cross fit room. They also dont habe a daycare that operates everyday - yoi habe to prebook it. Not very convenient. What I do like: the personal trainer is amazing. She runs amazing classes given that they slowly keep taking away all the equipment. She is above and beyond at what she does. Haven't been to ant classes better than hers. Sure hope they get their act together because once that trainer is gone so am i and I'm not the only person who feels this way.

Best gym hands down. If you're the type that walks around socializing with everyone and taking selfies in between sets, this place is not for you. An Old fashioned hardcore gym!
