Love and inclusion radiates out of JP. He teaches from his heart and lives yoga as opposed to just doing yoga. I always love when there is a discussion or learning in a class, and the class I attended was just that. Adjustments are very important to me in a class- to take me deeper and to focus breath. There were two people performing them which was amazing.
