Great place to go if you want your butt kicked! I never thought I would say I'm addicted to cardio exercise with interval training, but OTF makes you look forward to your future booked sessions. It was a bit confusing and overwhelming at first, but the staff helped me along the way. All the fitness coaches are great. Shout out to the coaches classes I've attended thus far: Alexis, Stephanie, Lennox, Rachel, Morgan, and Tara. Front desk shout outs: Karly, Sara, Cass, and Tyrone. Recommend trying your first class with a partner or friend. App is simple and easy to book classes to make you accountable:-)

I absolutely love this place!! Workouts are challenging but doable and all the staff (especially Alexis and Cassidy) are super friendly and helpful. I love the atmosphere and that the classes push me to my limits!

I enjoyed working out -- despite knowing that their fees are outrageous especially as a student (no they don't have student or any other special discounted rates aside from new member specials or random promos here and there for the public). I'm not too sure where the money goes because it wasn't used for my customer service. The first month was July at $112 (on huge promo) $180 was for the second month which I paid at the beginning of August, at which point I notified them to terminate my monthly agreement and I would switch to a sessional package (because I was moving out of town 3 hours from the next closest location in early September -- this satisfies the 30 day termination policy, and I still received my unlimited membership while I was in town). Purchased a 30-session package for $500 on promotion at another location at the end of August, only to then be charged $78 (not sure which package this is, I would assume the 1x/week only package however not positive as of course it wasn't what had been discussed) from this location in September followed by at least SEVEN attempts to withdraw money again in October (some of which were after I spoke to the staff *Rachel* and telling me they had NOW terminated the membership). When I asked about the continuous charges they explained they still had me on a monthly package. Now trying to be reimbursed for the $78 charge as I had done my due diligence and obviously could not utilize the studio or any other -- they refuse to pay it back (despite spending ten times that amount in a matter of 2 months time). I was told (by the staff I had requested the inital termination from back in early August *Kassidy*) that likely she -- THE STAFF -- had given me the incorrect form at the time I requested to terminate (I can't very well pull up their termination form myself to fill out and submit). THEIR ERROR has cost me money. There is no customer service line as this is a franchise. You have no protection as a consumer despite how much you are spending. Save yourself the frustration of all the back and forth, surprise charges and required stop payments -- and put your money towards a company or trainer who cares about YOU and not just what they can grab out of your wallet. My intention was to return when I had moved back home -- I had continued to purchase sessions from them despite leaving! -- but this loyalty means nothing so I will be sure to look anywhere BUT OTF. I apologize to anyone I had ever recommended OTF to. I was wrong.

Best workout. Most challenging hour of fitness. Best results in shortest time. Awesome staff.
