Crossfit Dioxide is the place that will change your attitude about fitness. If you want functional fitness that will help shape you into the type of person you want to be physically, mentally and emotionally, I would highly recommend trying Crossfit Dioxide. Coach Justin has this was of connecting with every single member as if it is a personal training session and even if you wanted to, you wouldn't be able to sacrifice form and technique! Above all, I love the people of Crossfit Dioxide. Everyone is on their journey and it looks different for everyone there but together we help each other get there. I never thought I would say I was proud to be a "member" at a gym but I am now!

I'm happier, healthier and stronger than I ever thought possible and it all started by walking through the doors at Dioxide.

I have tried gyms, personal trainers. A good friend intro'd me to Justin and Dioxide. This Crossfit box has changed my life more than I can even express. The coaches are amazing, supportive and really aware of their members. They know exactly how to challenge our fitness level, no matter where you are in your journey.

If you want to find out what Crossfit is all about, this is the place to go. Justin Duguay is an extremely knowledgeable coach and provides exceptional training programs for his members. The community is excellent and I would not want to train anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Amazing community and coaching! Coaches actually take the time to explain why we do certain movements. Staff is super friendly and helpful. No better place out there! My family and I drive from Bowmanville to be a part of this community.
