I used to be a personal trainer and I have been working out for about 20 years. I always had nagging back and neck injuries that I just couldn't get rid of. I went to mark Fitzgerald of ETS and within 4 weeks he had me sorted out and best of all NO MORE PAIN. 

I receive a personalized training program every 4 weeks which is amazing because it keeps you motivated and prevents boredom. After every session you get a protein shake and the membership also comes with a nutrition plan.    

If you add up everything like 1 on 1 coaching, personalized programs, nutrition plans, protein shakes you would be looking at well over $1,000/ month. There is no place I would rather train!
