GoodLife Fitness Centres

All GoodLife Fitness gyms have staff that are very professional and very well trained. The cleaners at these gyms are very hard workers and head office of GoodLife has staff that go around checking out ever gym making sure they are above standard! These gyms are the best of any other fitness facility even the facilities run by the municipalities. Five stars to all of GoodLife Fitness staff, you all do a super job!

Great gym for women, only downside is they don't have some of the more advanced equipment at this location, i.e. leg press, bench press, squat rack (they have a smith machine if that's what you're into though).
