The manager acts like a princess and talks down to customers. I really don’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other pharmacies where people are treated with respect.

I had an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience at this location, particularly with the manager, Olivier C. I went in to have passport photos taken, and when they were printed, there was a visible white powder-like mark across my nose. I politely asked to retake the photo, but was told I would need to pay again. When I asked if any of the original photos were still available, I was told they had all been deleted.nnI then requested a refund, explaining that I could not use the photos in their current state. Despite the return policy allowing returns within 30 days, Olivier C. refused to process it. He admitted he was choosing not to issue the refund and told me to come back another day to speak with someone else. This happened just minutes after the initial purchase.nnWhat made this situation even worse was the way I was treated, not just dismissively, but in a manner that felt deeply disrespectful and racially charged. Why would he refuse to process a return when I had just purchased those photos, and had the receipts and photos? Olivier C.’s behaviour was not only unprofessional, but also carried a tone of bias that I cannot ignore. It was a very disturbing encounter, and no customer should have to experience that kind of treatment.

I was expecting more from this pharmacy in terms of prescriptions and customer service They are very confusing about their pick Location windows staff is not very friendly. You ask questions they don’t have answers.
