Bringing my business elsewhere. Today was the third time I was told they hadn’t received my prescription renewal. The other two times, they called me back to say they had found it. Today, I had to call the doctor’s office to get it straightened out because my doctor had indeed sent it to them on June 22nd. I lashed out at the two employees there today who are not the owners. I feel bad about it, but your incompetence is messing with my health, so I’m taking my business elsewhere. And they are only open Monday to Friday from 9 to 5. Not good enough in today’s world. Tired of the poor treatment at Shopper's Drug Mart pharmacy Fallingbrook - I'm not on a drug plan which seems to be confusing for pharmacy staff when it comes to getting a prescription filled. I decided there had to be better a better option, and there was, Taylor Creek Pharmacy! A small family run business, the staff provides the personal contact, efficiency, and fast service that works best for me. The fees are reasonable and there is never an issue with getting a refill. They make sure that I know when a refill requires a new prescription and I appreciate the friendly professional service.

Very quick and friendly service! I asked them to call me if they had a last minute cancellation, which they did, and I was able to get my vaccine the day of! Would highly recommend getting your vaccine here, since it's also a fairly quiet pharmacy / clinic that isn't packed with people. They also do the vaccinations in private medical rooms. Will be coming here for my second dose... Only thing is they're website for reservations is very hard to find, I was given the wrong one by phone when I called. Luckily I found it on a Facebook post. Still 5 stars!
