Pizza Pizza

Service here was rude and unprofessional. Came here with my kids after school and will not hassle myself to return with such an incompetent staff. Training is definitely lacking here.

Lady(blonde hair) at the front was very rude, tried to force us to pay for pizza when using the mobile order even when it wasn't ready. I showed her the app and the referenced the text that says 'if order ready within 20 minutes or it will be free' which she continued brushed off and continued to say she never heard of this rule. She then proceeded to call use idiots and say we were wrong. As a worker in the service industry I know that the customer is ALWAYS right. She was very rude and continued to mutter insults under her breath even after her manager proceeded to tell us the order will be ready soon and we don't have to pay before the order. She has been rude multiple times to other customers the times I have been there and constantly has a negative attitude.

WORST ESTABLISHMENT KNOWN TO MAN AND WOMAN. New management should definitely be a MAJOR consideration for Pizza Pizza franchisors. They are tarnishing the pizza pizza brand indefinitely with their horrible service. We made a large order ONE DAY IN ADVANCE and they weren't even able to make the order 1 and a half hours past the agreed upon time. It wasn't an order for $30 but rather $200. If you aren't able to deal with such an order for a large establishment as such, there definitely needs to be a change somewhere. NEVER will they be getting business from us ( 25 employees didn't get their promised lunch )

Never been to this location before... came in at noon with my son in a stroller. Stood behind one person who was ordering at the cash... two high school kids came in shortly after me and stood by the glass case. Please tell me why I was ignored and their orders were taken first?? I told the cashier she completely ignored me, and her response was that I lined up in the wrong spot. For real?? There's no sign that says where to line up, and I was right behind the person who got there before me. I ended up ordering instead of leaving because my son was hangry, and when I asked for a knife, they didn't have any! Again, for real??? Sooo incredibly disappointed in this place...will NEVER come back again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier's attitude towards the 2 customers in front of me and to myself was truly shocking. I will avoid ever returning to this Pizza Pizza location.
