When your delivery arrives on time no one cares . 
BUT When somehow it delayed people started to get mad and post reviews on Google Map.

Tried to order several times, got a call after ordering everytime. They can't delivery with different reasons. If so, you should tell on the website at first time. Wasting my time.

new app is very nice to use for a new product, but still needs to be improved, hoping to see more features and updates in the future

Order from this website every week, the customer service is responsive.Food can be delivered within 1  hour. Gotta say service is above the average of all the Chinese food delivery. As a new start business, it still has a lot space for improvement, I'd like to see its growth.
