Great place excellent food, great service. I would recommend this store in Markham. It's easy to place an order and pick it up in a day or two. Great for meal planning and the food is of the highest quality.

Really great garb and go meals! And healthy too when it doesnt even feel like your eating healthy. It is a Little pricy then other places in Toronto, so i try to get it once a while. But i like the fact that they have meals in there fridge and you go in anytime and get something.  Most places just offer weekly , breakfastt, lunch and dinner plans. The beef stew and braised beef is amazing!! They are my favourite and usually my go to.

I've been ordering from Prep Shop since early last year and I can tell you it's been a game changer for me. Having all my meals planned out and my fridge deliciously stocked makes me one happy girl. They've helped me prep for 3 competitions and taken care of my offseason diet needs. They've provided me with an extremely convenient way to live a healthier lifestyle and reach my own personal goals.
