KFC

We ordered from here last night and we were very happy to have KFC delivered to our home and it was pretty fast! There is a delivery charge. The service was good. The portions were satisfactory. Everything tasted great.

When ever I went there then I was blamed my self and I think this is the last time. How ever this visit I was come across with a very indelicate cashier, a girl took my order and made me upset by her very rude and aggressive behaviour, I do not understand the owner does not pay attention to the reviews? many people before me had the same experience. The seats were greasy and dirty and most of the staff were unprofessional not even a basic customer care. I did not see her name on the bill or on her apron, I think another way to skip of any possible complaint.

Mediocre KFC. Nothing special. Food is good, service is fine but the seats and dining area is in need of a renovation

So I ordered a chili cheese burrito combo, but when I got my order the burritos were under stuffed by about half and I got the smallest bag of understuffed fries they had. Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat and I have been to several locations; Not only was the food understuffed but the service was kind of awful as well. No wonder the store was basically deserted when I came in.

Chicken pieces getting smaller and smaller. Now, the pieces have been cut in half, especially the thighs - posted some images for your consideration -- Mid October 2017 Update: Received a call from the KFC manager located on Major Mac and he advised me that the cuts for the chickens have indeed been changed. I was awarded an 8-piece bucket for my inconvenience, but this is now the new standard cut. Thanks KFC for at least taking my concern into consideration. I've bumped the rating to 3 star (from 2) for customer service. Apparently, this should have be communicated to the customers during purchase. I suppose with the rising costs, businesses are now resorting to cost containment in order not to raise their prices.
