Pizza Pizza

I use to order online, but every time I went in to pick it up there was never anyone there to help. Always had to wait, and the final straw was when I asked for help one day the guy told me if I couldn’t wait for 5 minutes and sit tight I could just leave, really! I left. Same service when you walk in, poor. So now when I go in if that guy is working I just leave and go across the street to Little Caesars.

Surprisingly good service. A young gentleman was working on Saturday night (Oct 7) and I had been stuck in the hospital waiting room all night. Little choice on a late Saturday night to get my teenager some food. The service was excellent, and the pizza was fresh at 10pm.

Horrible customer service. I called to ask a simple question, does the nearest location deliver to my area. I waited on hold for a couple moments (longer than I think I should have been on hold) and then proceeded to get a very unhelpful and rude employee. I could not understand her nor was my question answer then I was transferred. Again I was on hold for a couple moments. The wait seemed a bit long to me. I again got another rude person who was not helpful, inaudible and whom I couldn't understand and then decided to argue with me. I decided and told this person that I would not be furthering the conversation and will be taking my business elsewhere. Completely ridiculous. Customer service was absolutely horrifying.
