Boston Pizza

Awesome experience! I think management must have changed, because our experiences at Boston Pizza Fergus have been so much better! Both with our family and a large group recently...food was perfect, service was on the ball, great atmosphere. Very happy :)

The Fergus Boston Pizza has a vast menu with Gluten Free options for almost everything. Plenty of free parking makes it an easy stop. However, the service at this location is poor at best. Don't bother if you're in a hurry, and don't bother if you want anything added or excluded. Always slow and we've received plate errors every time.

Terrible! Came on pasta night and it was a total fail. Service was excellent but the kitchen couldn't get it together. Our meals took almost 30 minutes - we were told they had to cook more spaghetti. When food arrived, obviously one of the meals had been sitting under the heat lamp for most of that time. A pile of mush and dry withered chicken. I refused to send it back to make things even worse so they offered 15 percent discount and dessert. Which would be great if the ice cream wasn't freezer burned. Seriously a waste of money. Don't bother with this place, the food is lousy.

I had the Mediterranean wrap with a side of buffalo chips.... very good... great flavour in the wrap!! I will have it again.

I have to agree with all the complaints on service. Our meals never even came (we ordered salads) before we had to leave. We arrived with almost 2 hours of time before we had to leave....this should have been plenty of time to order and eat and yet somehow it wasn’t. When we left, we were able to take one salad to go, but the other still wasn’t ready. I honestly can not believe this location is still in business. Obviously I can not comment on the food since we never received it.
