My Kitchen ~ By: Gancena. For the last 12 years i have been a chef, i travelled and worked in many different cities and and country. Only to understand and appreciate the history of cultures and flavors.
My Kitchen ~ By: Gancena is born, with chef's new perspective and new outlook on food i can assure you good quality food & service. Working closely with local farmers with international twists is my signature to create something for your pallets!! Making everything from scratch and seasonal menu changes is another way of me saying thank you for your appreciation..

A unique dining experience. Very tasty and we'll prepared food. Incredible host/owner/chef who provided us with one of the best dining experiences ever.

The Kitchen by Gancena is truly a gem and definitely worth the drive to Fergus. The food is very unique and absolutely excellent and reason-ability price and just a great place to dine . I will definitely go back.

Everything I've tried from My Kitchen has been superb. Because he's a one-man-show (it's His Kitchen after all) he's been caught busy cooking and serving when I've called in for take-out orders, but I always get a prompt call back as soon as he is free, and dishes prepared in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
