Always a great experience here! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Haven't yet had a mistake on my order as experienced quite often in fast food. I work retail, soo I know how easily it happens and the fact that it hasn't is a feat in itself! I'm also sure if It did, these guys would bend over backwards to make it right. The food is always fresh and tasty. Great team and great addition to Fergus :-)

I come here often through drive-thru but just recently I came with my wife to eat in for a late breakfast. Their food was fresh and tasty and the service was great. It order was delivered to the table so we didn't have to wait at the counter and a staff member returned to the table and offered to provide a refill on my coffee which she also delivered. My wife and I had a great breakfast and a great talk together. I recommend this location.

They served us the wrong burger in the drive through, so overcharged me.. I'm sure they never make that "error" and give you a more expensive menu item. I doubt the 3 dollars they stole are worth us never coming back, and this review.

Made an order in the drive thru, asked for 2 rings 1 fry, we recieved 2 fries and 1 ring. Also asked for 2 double buddies with cheese, and recieved 2 single buddies without cheese. I tried to call and see what to do as I dont live very close, and got no answer. Only gave it 2 stars because what we did in fact get was good, just not what we paid for.

Can't go wrong with A&W. The food is Great and a decent seating area if you want to in.
