China 8

We ordered take out last night from China 8 in Fergus because we heard good things online. The portion sizes are great and they seem like really great people that work there, customer service was great. However the spring rolls were terrible, they were more like Thai spring rolls but that aside the flavour and smell was terrible. My husband and I both couldn't finish them. The broccoli beef mix looked good but smelled and tasted bad as well. I'm not sure if it's a different spice they use. The chicken balls were mediocre and the sauce had very little flavour. The fried rice was probably the best part. Disappointing for sure we were really hoping it would be great.

Ate here for the first time last night, very tasty, quick food. Flavourful and not greasy, also big potions and good price! Highly recommend :-) I hope they keep up the high standards, about time the fergus area got a decent Chinese place!

Brand new Chinese restaurant in Fergus, reasonable prices, best tastes and great customer service! Great Portion and great quality! Come and try!

Our takeout order was ready quickly and service at the cash was extremely friendly. I liked the 10% discount for paying in cash. We had the lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, beef with broccoli, house special fried rice, Singapore mein feng, shrimp chop suey and Szechuan style pork. Every item we ordered was delicious. Half way through our meal I turned to my husband and remarked that it might be the best chinese takeout I'd ever had. That's how tasty and fresh it was. I would highly recommend this restaurant and there is no question we will become repeat customers.
