We have been ordering pizza here every other Friday like clockwork for years. The customer service and quality has never been an issue. It does seem to appear that ownership might have changed hands…we haven’t been greeted by name in quite some time and the quality at times has been hit or miss. I get that Friday evenings are very busy but that shouldn’t translate into pizza being thrown into the box haphazardly like one of our pizzas was last night. The person who did this 100% knew what the pizza looked like before closing the lid. Hopefully more care will be taken moving forward so that we can feel good about spending our money here and can continue to do so.
Was a weekly go to place for my family for years and years... The service and quality has gone down hill since the change in ownership as we were told it was purchased by the fastest pizza maker... I advise you to please slow down and quality check... speed kills quality and this place was the BEST place in town for pizza for years and the quality was top notch and we were never disappointed till now and the customer service was beyond 5 star... We continue to order once in a blue now hoping for a change... you have big shoes to fill and I wish the new owner the best.
Scott is the freaking best. Can you give him a raise and some appreciation for the effort and time he takes to make everything and deliver? Never an issue when Scott makes our food but no one else lives up to his expectations
Domino's is a go to for me on busy nights. The Orangeville location has great customer service and the food always arrives hot. You also can't beat their value. Highly recommend.

Always very fast and accurate. When we pick up the staff is always polite and professional. Great job!
They messed up my pizza order two times in a row. The first time the value of the pizza was $15 and they offered me a $10 dollar credit. The second time, the owner argued and stated he made it right…I guess I forgot what I ordered then? And then finally agreed to have a driver drop a new one off as long as I gave the old one back. Since the new owners, the customer service has been garbage…definitely do not recommend this spot anymore!!
