Pizza Hut

I ordered delivery from this place and will be my last. Not only was the delivery guy 20mins late, but the pizza was cold, it hardly had any cheese or pepperoni on it and it was a pepperoni pizza. You can see the dough underneath it was that bad. When we opened the box the pizza was all to one side. I mean can it get any worst?? Yeah, we called the manager and she said, "Would you like credit or a new pizza?" We said, "new pizza!" She said, It will be 45 mins...Humm are you freaking kidding me? So we took credit. $15? We paid $25 with delivery. We wanted 25$, I think that's only fair. After arguing with this women who calls herself a 'MANAGER' (East Indian girl)we decided to return the pizza and get refunded cash. There's no way we will be back there. Terrible! Go to 'Fresh Slice'! Way better and way more budget friendly.

Order was placed at 1:50 pm and was promised to show up by 2:20. I get when deliveries are late, but it did not come until 4pm. I presented the driver with exact change for the order, given the circumstances, and he actually gave me a look and said "exact?" after i had said it has been 2 hours since scheduled delivery, he tried to blame it on having a large volume of orders. Anyway, here i am with a cold pizza wondering why i didn't order Panago.

Would do 0 if I could. Ordered about a month and a half ago, pizza had no cheese so called and got a store credit. Ordered tonight and the delivery guy made no sense at all and was mumbling, he went to front door when we stated back. Refused to go to back. Pizza was half hour later than they said and cold. Some slices had mushrooms and red onion, which we did not order. I bit into a big chunk of onion - I hate onion. I called and told them what happened, not to bother even giving a credit again because I will not be giving them my business anymore. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely awful customer service. Driver showed up 40mins after their promised delivery time with not a care in the world. When asking why such an absurd wait time he turned around and left without settling with us. Not worth your time or money. Go else where.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location has Awful, horrible service. NEVER GET DELIVERY HERE. we ordered it was a half hour later then the promised time. It took an hour and a half! It was ice cold. We are not even a kilometre away... we called the call service they told the branch to give us a complete reorder. They never came, we called and they hung up. We will be in contact with the heads. I love Pizza Hut but this location should be shut down.
