Received a pizza that was squished, under cooked and obviously poorly handled by the driver. I reached out to the store via phone and on their website but no response. When I called in the man who answered the phone was very rude and would not give me an email to send these photos to the manager. Very poor quality food and customer service. See photos for proof. EDIT: Sam the owner did call me back and offered a replacement pizza the next time I felt like ordering. I do appreciate the gesture but I am really hoping they just improve their customer service so these things are avoided in future.

They disrespect own advertisement and coupons. We had a coupon for 50% discount for Pizza factory, so decided to grab some pizza on the way home. While ordering I showed them the coupon and the guy said ok, but billed me the full price. I once again showed him the coupon and said it should be the half price. So then he proceeded to say that coupons are valid only on weekdays. I reminded him that today is Friday and there is nothing about that on the coupon, which means that it is redeemable any day. He insisted that it is invalid on Fridays and weekend. I didn't bother to continue the argument and just left. Will not go there anymore and won't recommend them.
