Panago Pizza

Our order was delivered wrong and we called the call centre and they told us it would take another 45 minutes to get our order delivered correct. We said we don’t find that right to wait another 45 minutes it should be a rush order she did not agree and suggested we just eat it the way it came. We did not get what we ordered so obviously we didn’t want it. So we went back to the store ourselves. When we got to the store we were greeted with a attitude filled teen. I asked to just get my money back that we were going to just go elsewhere after having such a sour experience. He then decided to laugh in my face as I spoke and said “are you serious?” He then took the money out of the register and as I put my hand out he threw it on the counter beside my hand. He then grabbed the pizzas and went in the back and that was it. I was not once apologized to or offered my food made correctly. I was truly shocked with all the levels of unprofessionalism and attitude. These are the people they choose to be the face of their business? I am disgusted with the way I was treated and I cannot support a business that treats another human being with such disrespect.

Daddy's night to make dinner. Got the GF crust in all three pizzas with Daiya veggie cheese on the veggie pizzas, making them vegan. The GF crust is one of the best we have tried. The veggie pizzas were a hit: garden veggie and primo vegetarian. The primo chicken was good however the cheese blend seemed different from I remember. It's a decent blend, but could be better. We do wish their prices were lower however they are running a business with good ingredients. We will eat their pizza again and would recommend it.

Ordered from this location for pickup several times and my orders were always ready on time. They also make good pizzas.

It says that panago close at midnight both on google maps and the door. But for some reason guy closed it at 11. Can you explain me why?

Ordering by phone gets you really convenient service. The people are nice and polite as well. The only bad thing about this place is the sketchy neighborhood, really.
