Purchased some cheese pizzas, came home and they were really dry and overcooked. Went back to the store spoke with Kirkland and he provided excellent customer service. He made a fresh pizza to cover my inconvenience. Well done Kirkland we need more front line service clerks like you. Job well done and a satisfied customer

Beware of their hot and ready pizza. If your timing is bad you will get an extremely old and stale pizza that's been sitting in their hot and ready heater for far too long. My pizza tasted like stale, cold, and hardened. They have no rules for how long a pizza can sit in their heater so your chances of getting an old one are high. I have not gotten a pizza this stale from any other little caesars location before.

Maybe it's bad timing but every time i come in there's no pizza ready. Maybe time for a name change, hot and READY isn't quite doing it
