Ordered 2 pizzas on line, they showed up with one. Delivery guy said he couldn't do anything on his end and gave us the number to customer service. Called them and not much help, transferred to a manager and again not much help but said he would reorder them and they would be on their way. Waited an hour and called customer service AGAIN and was told they were on their way once again and they would credit my Pizza hut account for the amount of the pizza(not bank account) so next time they would be free. Waited another half hour then I called the pizza hut store that was supposed to be delivering and they had no order (after being told twice they were on the way). She said I can order them for you but we're really busy and it will be around an hour. I see no credit as was promised on my account and still no pizza after originally debiting it. Hopefully I get this figured out soon or my grandchildren who are spending the night are starving and understandably so as now it's almost 8pm and I placed original order at 4:45pm. RIDICULOUS!!! Way to go Pizza Hut!

Just wow!!!! Some of these comments are ridiculous! I’d like to see you guys drive in sleet ice or snow to come get your pizza! No delivery place should even be open on bad weather days. First of all, you have 3/4 of the staff that will call in because 1. They can. 2. A minimum wage job is not worth a car accident. Or 3. They are literally stranded where they live. So the 3-5 employees that do decide to show up get chewed out and horrible reviews? The average successful snow day would be a staff of 20. How does that make sense? Did any of you go to work during those times? Or were you ordering pizza cause you called in too? Go figure! Someone please tell me how the 2 or 3 drivers that did show up, deliver 100+ orders on an 8 hour shift? Not to mention an average delivery is 30 minutes- unless road conditions 1hr/a delivery? Or how the 2 people working on the inside can take all those orders over the phone? Then cook it and cut it. Even helping us customers that come for pick ups? Plain and simple, Take all your issues to corporate! Corporate is the problem. It’s always the bigger people pulling the strings while the few people try to do the right thing gets judged? And the funny part is a lot of you are saying you”ll go to dominos? Ha! They don’t care. I’m sure they don’t appreciate customers who don’t know how business works. They do what they do, because they are told. I have been a regular here for 8 years now, and I definetly have some of my long term favorite employees here. You guys rock.

You better make sure they don't overcharge You! I have bottom overcharge every time that I have had to order from this place. Delivery sucks!!! 3 hours!!! My party guests were gone by the time he finally showed up.

I never write reviews that's how bad this place is. A few months ago I ordered a pizza after an hour of waiting I called to see where it was there said they were "out" of mushrooms (one of my toppings) so they cancelled my order with out telling me. So I boycotted them for a few months then tonight decided to give them another chance (mostly because there were no other options) I called and placed my order and he said it would be about a half hour here we are 2 hours later and still no pizza I called but no answer.
