Taco Bell

Only giving one star because I can’t give none. We ordered online, $30 dollars worth of food. Went to go pick it up and they told us that they did not have our order. “It never came up”. We left. And called the manager. Explained to them that we ordered online and they asked me what my order was so they could begin making it. She said “oh, I found your receipt”. So? I thought you never had our order? They make it again. And we go back to get it. Now, since I have worked in fast food before I would assume that the second time they would make sure everything is right and ask if we needed anything else. Instead, there was no napkins in the bag, they didn’t ask if we needed sauce and we were missing two orders of the nacho fries. We went back in the next night and talked to the manager. Instead of giving us a refund, or saying they can remake the order, he handed us a drink cup and smiled. Very poor customer service and very slow also. I’ve never been treated so poorly somewhere that I am paying money to.

The reviews weren’t kidding! Seriously the SLOWEST Taco Bell ever. Waited for 15 minutes for our order. Not to mention the place was filthy. Crumbs and straws all over the floor and tables. Baby chairs out in the middle of the dining area. The soda fountain had spills all over and ironically the “Wet Floor” sign was knocked over on the ground. BEST TACO BELL EVER! Kappa

This taco bell doesn't do too poor, but the waiting time for food and the place isn't memorable at all. Customer service isn't bad and actually quite alright. The menu is great and the drinks can sometimes taste like sugar very rarely. Taco Bell did decent here, but needs to recover in some areas.

A large amount of tables were dirty, the manager seemed confused and it shows throughout the team ex: long delays on taking/making orders ... even the front counter was dirty. Perhaps some retraining is in order for implementing the four Pc's be personable without being personal so you can be professional and profitable. Get your selves together people... Good luck, I hope things get better for all of you.
