Shari's Cafe & Pies

I like to play video poker here. It's usually busy back in that section. It can be a chore to get the server to actually make it back there to cash in the lottery slips & take any food or drink orders. There has been times that I haven't even been asked if I would like to make an order at all or seen the server even come back the entire time I was there. They can get busy with all the crowds that come in so it's understandable, but frustrating. The food is not always that great & it's hit or miss whether you will get good service. I've experienced both. Overall it's great for a a quick cheap meal,l that's not fast food. It's family friendly & open 24hrs

Bad service. my wife just wanted to buy two slices of pumpkin pie. Looked at my wife trying to sell her the whole pie cause she was too lazy to cut pieces. AND seemed like she was not helpful helping someone that's NOT white.. lazy ass.. wht/trash... BTW, were not Hispanic.. prejudice ass.

The head manager of this place is a joke. His customer service is not good and has absolutely no control of his kitchen. He openly admits that he does not no how to do the kitchen so his cooks run the restaurant and makes food when they feel like it. One of the poorest managers I have ever seen in a shari’s Restaurant. The assistant manager is awesome and will do more for the customers then the head manager. Very poor service.

Went there with my daughter after ara was closed and the food was really good the staff was friendly and i liked the atmosphere

Always a great spot for a quick bite. The only reason they don't get 5 stars from me is because of the conspicuous lack of normal healthy side dishes like cooked veggies, it's hard to get a full meal here with less than 1300 calories. Their fried and battered things are delicious though!
