IHOP

I believe my server was Christine tonight. Very nice and great customer service. Best IHOP experience in the Portland area. Food was great. Clean restaurant for sure. Its nice to know there are some good places to eat overnight. I will definitely be back.

Only good thing about this place is pancake and coffee. The service is pathetic, no matter what time you go there is always a wait. We visited at midnight, there were many empty tables but still had to wait for more than 35 mins. The waitress was repeating same lines over n over again saying she will be with us shortly but she never cared. She just pretended to be busy. They really need to improve their service and increase staff number at night.

Worst service I’ve EVER had at a restaurant...that’s including other countries I’ve traveled to like Germany where the culture generally seems ‘cold’ or harsh if you’re not used to it. I did not even receive a menu 10-15min in during the late night hour. Place looked really dirty with uncleaned tables everywhere.. We were seated in the only clean table. Perhaps we had just missed a rush although it was dead and only one other party was seated. The waitress was too busy chatting to even bother doing her job and clean tables or give us a menu. During other times, service is slow as hell. The eggs are gross to me so pancakes are really the only thing going for them.

Wait time is more.. if u are ready to wait you can munch on some awesome food .. have wide options of omlettes and pancakes.. yummy food

We only order pancakes there now. We stop in there one or two times per month usually. The food used to be better, but we had a few times where the food was not prepared well at all and tasted nasty; eggs that tasted like rancid bacon grease, etc. And the customer service is so-so. But, the pancakes are really good.
