I ordered extra cheese on my pizza and never have I ever seen so little cheese on a pizza. I can literally count the pieces of cheese on each slice. It can't be that hard to put an adequate amount of cheese on a flat piece of dough. It's literally your only job... A 4 year old could make a better pizza.
Where’s the cheese?? I thought cheese was automatically included when you order pizza. Looks like I should have asked for and PAID EXTRA to get cheese on my pizza. And the sauce !!!! My pizza is not a swimming pool for you to dump a gallon of sauce on. Extremely disappointing for the price I paid. $5 pizza from Little Cesar’s is way better than this!!

We all got food poisoning. Really old stale veggies, hardly any sauce and cheese . Really sad, pizza hut used to have fresh ingredients and yummy pizza.Food: 1/5
Very disappointed, not only did they get 3 out of 3 pizzas wrong. Nowhere can you find a phone number to contact them to rectify the issue. The one posted on Google conveniently doesn't work. Extremely unprofessional. I'll be making a point of looking elsewhere from now on. I should have read the reviews before hand.
I should’ve read the reviews of this place. Don’t waste your money seems the common theme. $54 for my food and the pizza was undercooked and barely any toppings. Two pieces didn’t have cheese on them. It’s so hot out otherwise I would throw the pizzas in the oven to try to make them edible. Even my son who will eat anything said this pizza is gross. I call to try to get a refund and the owner refuses and says he will give me a $20 credit or bring me two new pizzas. I don’t want to eat this pizza. I won’t order from here again and I used to love Pizza Hut. So disappointing.
The sprucegrove location chooses its own hours. It's 930pm, everything says open til 11pm and the building is closed. There was 1 worker inside who just shooed me away. I have half a mind to order on skip the dishes just to spite that worker and get my meal. As they are still open for skip but just want the extra delivery charge. What a ripoff.
In the last couple months, I have ordered a pepperoni pizza 3 times. Each time there’s something wrong with it. The pizza I just received looks like it was made by someone who’s never made one before. There is sauce dumped in the centre, little to no cheese when I chose ‘extra cheese’. To be honest, this is a very basic quality control issue. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a skip order that the restaurant doesn’t care but start checking over the food you send out in the future.
Very disappointed with the food and customer service tonight. We order here all the time and they are pretty hit or miss to begin with. But tonight, every single item missed the mark. Barely any cheese when extra cheese was ordered, hardly any toppings on the super supreme pizza. Everything was supposed to be well done and only the breadsticks were but they were missing their cheese. The wings had almost no sauce on them and definitely were not well done. When we called to speak to a manager we were offered a credit that doesn't even cover the cost of one pizza. This place is way too overpriced to be delivering such sub-par food. Don't waste your time your money ordering from here.
