For a fast food place that makes you wait 15 minutes after ordering through the drive through, the food is cold. The tacos have almost no meat, I had to double check if I was just eating tortilla shell. We ordered KFC as well and they forgot my boyfriends chicken burger so we had to turn back around for them to claim they gave us the chicken burger and we should of double checked, they finally gave us the chicken burger they owed us and chucked it out at us out the window. Definitely no custom service or respect.
Haven't been to taco bell in over a year. Was very underwhelmed returning to it. We watched 3 people who came in after get their food first. Bumped service up from 2, to 3 stars because the counter guy did notice they messed up my order before we walked out the door and would have had to come back to get it fixed. So thanks for that. Food was ok, but the burrito was poorly made, all the toppings on the end. Mouth full of all the onions that should have been spread along the meat... fries were fresh.
The service this time I went was horrible, we actually waited in the drive trough for over 10 mins, we ended up going inside, and my father got the wrong meal. The atmosphere looks pretty good now they changed the inside.Food: 3/5
We got take out and drove home to Devon. Missing 1 chili burredo, the other 1 had no filling and 1 taco had a live bug crwling on it, when I unwrapped it. Called and asked for a refund, drove all the way back to be told they would only refund the food but not the pop...really? No apology or care, too bad so sad, here is part of your money back deal with it. We will never be back
Absolutely terrible service every single time you go in or through the drive thru. Managers verbally abusing the staff consistently. Getting Pulled to the front for very basic small orders i.e 2 tacos, a drink and some fries with no one behind us They can NEVER hear your order correctly and will almost always mess something up. If you want taco bell and you’re in spruce grove, just order it on an app and save yourself the trouble of going in.
It's Taco Bell! We love our Tacos and don't forget the Supreme Fries. I honestly don't like to give a bad review solely based on the employee that day, as we don't know all the circumstances. But the food was good as usual and for that I'll go back!Food: 4/5
Now would you look at that.... as if someone who cares would serve you something this disgusting and not think twice .....Jesus, black chicken on both sides and sloppy put together... first time having this and wow.... pretty sure this place hires the best people... if you can't think that something is wrong here than you got a problem... get out of the business, I wonder how health Canada would think about this? Common time for new supervisors? I hope someone higher up sees this and hopefully does something I'd hate to see someone get really sick of negligence ... give your head a shake staff... take pride in your work, just disgusting
Went for another visit, food was good but drive thru was horrible, not sure what went wrong but there weere cars parked everywhere waiting for their order. Took over 20 min to get cold foodFood: 4/5
The service was pretty bad, the teller was slow handling the rush and the language we as a big issue. The food was alright. The fries were Defenitely over cooked. There were a few unhappy customers in the store for sure!
If I’m going to have to wait in the front for 10 minutes to get food, I expect 100% good serviced food!!!! Tacos weren’t wrapped properly and the meat in the crunch supreme was only on one side and it wasn’t a lot of meat at all. As a first time at Taco Bell, I’m very disappointed!! Parking: Cars not even parked in the stalls. Free weird parking wherever they want. Very disorganized
