My bigest complaint is once our server took our order and gave us food They did not check up on us enough. I literally had to get up, find someone. And then tell them that we needed drinks to be refreshed. then when I wanted to go. Still can't find our server. I flagged down the manager and asked for our bill. I sure hope this is not normal for this location. The food was awesome!! Food showed up in a reasonable time frame. service was horrible Because The waitress did not check upon us enough.
Really cheap on the toppings. Ordered a large tropical chicken. I think it had, at most, 6 pieces smaller than a dice. The bacon, which we said put ALL of it on one half, was definitely not the full serving. Service was great! Left feeling meh, I won’t rush back.Food: 3/5
Our servers at two separate locations were great. Restaurant is good. The food is chintzy and poor quality. First instance lasagna came in a square dish with very little sauce, very little cheese mixed in and no baked cheese on top. Waiter apologized and brought more sauce to make it passable. On that same occasion and the next, an individual Boston royal and a Hawaiian pizza have sparce toppings and you had to search for the cheese. Sad & pathetic ...won't go back. Some of the founders money spent on Dragons Den needs to be invested upping his game. We pay too much for what we are being served.
Good food. But ran out of steak! Our server was wonderful, she was really nice. But there was a backlog in the kitchen. Definitely could tell they were short staffed.Food: 4/5
Reasonably good service and the food was good, as usual. We were seated in a booth in a corner which I didn't enjoy. It literally felt like we were stuck back in a corner. This particular restaurant didn't have the same ambiance that I usually enjoy at Boston Pizza. Can't put my finger on it but that was the feeling. Might have been the service lacked the jovial style I like.
Our family of 8 went on father's day. Hardly anyone in the restaurant. We ordered and from the 1st meal to the last one being served it was over 1/2 hr. Some people were finished eating be others got there food. One child who had spaghetti was last to get a meal. Even messed up orders. Will be our last time visiting this BP We were told by the waitress a skip order came in AFTER ours,so ours got bumped. This is unacceptable Asked to see manager but they did not come see us!!! We are a long time BP fans, however this location continues to disappoint. Repeated dine in visits, extremely poor food quality, missing ingredients and or poor quality and freshness. Portions are a hit or miss, really bad atmosphere. Long wait times, bad service with hardly no check-ins and or incorrect orders. Hygiene issues with massive amount of flies running around sitting on your food. The fountain taps always spit out watered down soda. Repeated excuses and apologies. Scratch this location off our list.
Terrible service. It’s took 30 mins for us to get water and it was a dead Monday evening… never checked back after that and all our drinks were empty until the food came . The food was decent though!Food: 3/5
This location is a hit or miss. If we dine in, it's okay. Every time I order take out or delivery there is something wrong. I typically order cauliflower Bandera bread and it never comes with the Sante fe sauce. One time, they charged me for the Sante fe dips when they should come with the bread because it still is a Bandera bread and I'm paying $2 more per bread because of the cauliflower crust. I've ordered Bandera bread and meat sauce, and twice they have forgotten the sauce. I recently got a double cheese pizza and this is how it came. Super super saucy, little cheese but was charged for extra cheese! Attention to detail is what this location is missing.
Got a skip order tonight, the food was good but prices have gone way up. I understand that restaurants have been hit by hard times in the last couple years, but so has everyone else and the food here was already overpriced to begin with. Just including this for others to keep in mind before coming, you may want to check the new prices online first so you're not unpleasantly surprised. Picture included is a note we got in the drink bag. No idea why you guys couldn't just call to let us know if you were out of something, like you used to. Or better yet mark the item as sold out when you run out of it. This wouldn't be that bad but I saw another review with a picture showing they had the exact same thing happen to them. Not a good look to ignore problems that your customers speak up about, and allow this carelessness to continue. After $70 for 2 people and a couple extra pops, I think it's fair to expect that it would at least be made up for with good service. If not, I don't think people are gonna be too motivated to keep choosing to splurge at this restaurant. We ordered Oct. 9/21 at 11:15pm
