hey let's raise prices and decrease portions. I get times are rough, but seriously if I knew I had to get my own toppings to put on my sandwich, I'd have made my own and for 1/3 the cost.  Do better..

Finally decided I’ve had enough of this Wendy’s location.  If I’m lucky I get one order out of 20 correct when going though the drive through.   They got it wrong yet again tonight and then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back. Suspect they were talking to another disgruntled customer? Good luck with that!

I am glad this Wendy's is still selling their Double Junior Bacon CheeseburgersJBCs for $3.29 each. I know of many locations that are selling them for $3.69. The service was good, quick, and their prices are reasonable. Thank you Wendy's staff for the fine service.Food: 4/5

Almost a year since I wrote my last review and the employees are still as incompetent as ever. Even the owner didn’t seem to care when he was there. Ask specifically for no tomatoes or lettuce on my burger, they still put it on anyways. Not to mention they absolutely DROWNED the burger in mayo. Love Wendy’s food, but I won’t eat at this location again.

Napkins are withheld  behind the till. Bathroom  was also out of t.p. I have a baby and had to change her on the resturant sofa seating with a blanket down because the handicap  Bathroom was out of order so no change table. The food was  good and cheap

This place has gone downhill recently, it used to be good, going through the drive thru they can't get a simple order right and service isn't the friendliest, they seem more interested socializing among each other about their personal lives instead of serving customers, I will go elsewhere from now on.Food: 4/5

Wendy’s Spruce Grove is about average for quality, seems to cost more than the average Wendy’s and is in a terrible location. It’s basically at the end of the driveway beside the RV shop.

The only complaint I had was with the frosties fob. They should consider a kids happy meal as part of the promotion.Food: 5/5

Serves over cooked hard cold fries, then got new, but over cooked hard hot not salty fries. My main food went cold because of thid, got a refund.Food: 1/5

I ordered a burger and asked for "only mayo and cheese" and got no burger . Still payed the same price aswell.Food: 1/5
