While a busy place of business is a good sign, it would have helped to have more than 3 people working at this location on a Friday. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes to pick up 2 Skip the Dishes orders to take to our customers. We also saw at least 3 other Skip drivers waiting in addition to many typical customers. At times, people left and came back because the lobby was full. Our 2 deliveries were finally complete, and I asked the staff member if our personal order was ready. We ordered at 3:30pm for a 6:45pm pickup. Everything was ready except for one item, and we were already past the 6:45pm pick-up time. My husband and I had to leave our dinner behind in order to deliver the 2 VERY late Skip customer orders only to have to drive back to the restaurant to retrieve our food. Once there, we retrieved our order only to discover our side of marinara was pulled straight from the refrigerator and put into our bag I watched. I would like to hope that I can update this review because the food was delicious! We would like to continue to order from Little Caesars in Spruce Grove, but something seriously needs to change in staff and task planning.
Ordered online and paid in store for a Large stuffed crust Cheese and bread stick and instead got a Medium stuffed pepperoni with bread sticks. I live over 30 minutes away and found out when I got home. I have not been happy with the service/food the few times I have gone to this location. Not happy nor impressed. I’m most likely not going to go back to this location again.
Paid way to much money for my order!! I asked for extra Parmesan cheese on the crazy bread, two orders hardly any cheese at all. The crazy bread tasted like it was microwaved, it’s soggy and hard on the ends. The pizza tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 5-6 hours. Dry, hard, no sauce and burnt. I don’t order from here ever…. And now I know why!!
You can't write a second review so I am adding my second experience going here to the first. Now there was nothing wrong with the Bacon Bacon Box set, the Italian Cheese Bread or stuffed cheese bread we got. All were delicious my bf said, however the Hawaiian pizza I got looked undercooked a little so I took a picture and figures it wouldn't hurt to eat the side that looked cooked. I was wrong and for the past 24hrs have been projectile vomiting, not able to hold other food down and something else I would rather not mention. At this point I'm not sure if I should ream the companyn out for not having better quality control over products with their name on it or the store for messing up so bad. First Order Ordered a half cheese and half Hawaiian pizza and had to wait for it to be made; which was fine. But couldn't get crazy bread or stuffed crazy bread because they have nothing pre-cooked and they all are not doing deep dish or crazy bread. They left a good inch of the pizza plain with no topping at all and it was more like 3quarters Hawaiian and a quarter cheese. Best part is when I called to talk to them the lady who answered just hung up on me when I complained. I'm also allergic to pepperoni and had a reaction to pizza so make sure to say you want a clean cut if your getting it made fresh and don't want them to use the same knife they use for all the pizza.
One star as I can’t rate zero stars. First time we ordered our pizzas via delivery, the driver dropped them but never said anything. Whatever. Called the store and they basically said too bad. Fine. We would order and pick up from then on. Tonight we thought we would try once more to get it delivered. We joked that “as long as they don’t drop it, we should be fine!” Wrong. Driver was friendly when he delivered our order but since I ordered the pizzas, my husband didn’t know we were missing one. I called the store and the lady on the other end was incredibly rude and yelling over and over that she made all the pizzas. I couldn’t get a word in and after realizing I was getting nowhere, I hung up. Should have known better and after seeing the other reviews like this, now I do.
Ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizza's. Tasted like it had sat in the box for 2 hours, pizza was not even cut. We had to pull it all apart. This location is SO dirty. Needs to be cleaned!
I am a regular customer! I never got disappointed by their service and food quality! 5/5 Moreover, staff is soo polite and friendly which always makes my visit more fruitful! Italian cheese bread and Deep dish pizzas are my favourite !
Absolutely horrible. I work near little Caesars and having a place to get hot and ready food is great. Or so it used to be. Maybe about a year ago little Caesar’s was amazing, the workers were young and you could tell they were having fun. Now it’s these older crusty people working and they obviously hate their job. I mean when you’re 35 and working at little Caesar’s as a cook, I’d imagine you hate your job. If you’re going to get pizza, go across the road and get cosmic pizza, incredibly friendly staff over there and delicious pizza. Not like this joint that’s completely fallen apart. Used to respect little Caesar’s but I can’t get over the dry trashy food and incredibly rude older staff. The older lady that works there is the main reason for this review.
Delicious pizza, but this is TWICE now that my family has gone in to pick up an order and they didn't give us our sauce. The lady working the counter even looked to see what the order was, and conformed the name with me. It's partially on me for not double checking, but my wife put the order in and asked me to pick it up. I didn't even realize the sauce was missing until I got home. A cursory "is this your order" would be nice.
I ordered a stuffed crust online and picked it up and even ask the cashier at the front when picking it up if it's stuffed crust and she said yes! Next time I'll check it myself because when I got home it turns out it's not. I called them to let them know that they had made a mistake so, I drove back to pick up the right pizza. Funny thing they wanted the other pizza back, but I told them we're keeping it because they messed up our order. So we got 2 for 1 pizza but my time is more important than wasting total an hr driving home and back to the store. I don't complain much but when I do I just want my money back but was really hungry so I took the other pizza
