We brought pizza and pasta from baseline Pizza Hut. And we asked for forks or spoons she said we don’t have it. Then I asked her how we gonna eat she it’s not are Responsibility to see how you gonna eat. Soo rude. Never will come back to this location.
I really appreciate the service and food this Pizza Hut location provides. Orders are made promptly and on time. They have very good combo's and promos and the app makes things even easier. Whenever Sigrid is working, she is always very kind and provides excellent customer service. Always very happy with the service here.Food: 5/5
first time i ordered from them i spent $50 and had a call 20 mins after placing an order that they were out of honey garlic, i asked to cancel my order as i didn’t like any other flavour. woman wouldn’t cancel my order or do anything for me until i asked to speak to a manager and i finally got a refund almost 5 days later. decided to give a second chance tonight , prepaid online and in special instructions i ask for driver to please call when they’re here. nobody called and our food sat outside for 15 minutes. do not recommend spending money here.
Triple treat deal was downright NASTY! Went to pick up and waited 20 minutes past the pickup time. Order sat in a warming area the entire 20 minutes to be boxed up. Pizza was dry, very sparse toppings two pieces of 1/4 inch square chicken per slice and couldn't tell if there was even cheese on the pizzas. Wings had slopped on sauce that made a mess in the box as it leaked out. Very disappointed and not even worth the $50 I paid. This place should be embarrassed! Ordered cheese stuffed crust and got... I don't know how to describe how cheaped out that was.
Well, tonight was very frustrating. Ordered pizza on-line. The website said that the order was to be delivered between 7:10 to 7:20pm. At 7:13 there was an update saying the pizza was delivered. It hadn't been but, hey, they did say 7:10 to 7:20. At 7:30, my wife and I thought, let's wait 5 more minutes. At 7:40, my wife called Pizza Hut. At 7:43, the driver showed up. The "manager" at this location had said that they were going to check with the driver. When the driver came to the door, I asked him if he had his phone handy because he was supposed to get a call. Nope. And when he got his phone he told me that the "manager" said there wasn't an issue. I paid for the pizza but no way was I tipping this kind of service. The pizza was cold. My wife called the store back and the "manager" gave us the whole song and dance about only having one oven working.... However, she did not feel that anything should be done to keep us happy, until my wife said I would be writing a review. Suddenly, the "manager" was willing to give us a discount on our next order. Will we be making a next order? Not so sure. If I wanted cold pizza, I could get some a lot cheaper and no hour and ten minute wait.
Poor staff working in this store don’t have manners how to talk. The store wasn’t even busy she made wait over 15 minutes. For to medium pizza’s. Crazy lady get some new staff or give them classes for how to behave. Her was cristina
i watched the manager spit in my pizza i believe her name was christina. she is also very unhigenic and fails to wash her hands before making food and does not wear a hair net. absolutely disgusting!!!
Only giving 1 start cuz I can't give minus stars Pizza hut baseline road ... worst experience ever, Called to ask why it it was gonna take 2 hours for my delivery as a general question because if that was the fact I would just drive over and get it.. I didn't even get a chance to even speak to ve told " it's in the oven, I'm by myself. IT will be 2 hours" and then hung up on . Soo the pizza I legit just ordered 5 mins before the call is in the oven that fast? And it will still be two hours? Worst customer service ever cmaybe they need to be trained properly on how to communicate with people ..
2 large pizzas and some cold breadsticks for more than $80...plus tax, delivery, and tip. Pizza Hut included a couple hairs from their pizza chefs for free on our pizzas though. Will not be ordering from them again.Food: 1/5
We ordered a large order for a family gathering and 1 of our pizzas never arrived. After trying to call for over an hour we have resorted to addressing it on here. Double check your order when you get it.
