First time ordering here, ordered a variety of pizzas.  Other than their bland marinara sauce I only have one issue which is their sizing chart. The dough is tasty though and there were an acceptable amount of toppings and order accuracy was good. Even if they were busy, they let me know ahead of time and were on time to their estimates. So service wise they're good.  My big issues is their sizing chart, since everyone should know the standard sizes.  Individual/Personal are 8 inches They call this a small Smalls are 10 inches They call this a medium Mediums are 12 inches They call this a large Larges are 14 inches They call this an extra large Extra Larges are 15-18+ inches  They're charging more for less since my price point was on par with four larges at most other places.  BBQ/Chipotle sauces on the pizza don't turn out great

I have lived right down the street from this location for the past 6 months and just tried it for the first time the other day. Food is top notch quality. Prices are good, which is hard to find these days.  Very clean establishment. Customer service is phenomenal. The lady that runs the place is super pleasant. Never would I ever order from a pizza chain again. Please give them a try!!!

My family and I love this pizza place!  The food is always fresh, tasty, and well-made. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can count on them to make sure your order is made exactly how you want it.  We've been going here for weeks now, and we'll continue to go back as long as they're around!

If I have an option I would give them 10 Stars. I ordered pizzas for Diwali party, They did a great job. Pizzas were so fresh and delicious. The quality of base, ingredients and sauce was fresh and good. They deliver it on time even on the busy day of Diwali. All guests like it. Even kids cheese pizza was made so perfect.Their customer service is great. I highly recommend to go to this place.

I was very excited for this place to open as family pizza was a favorite of mine as a child. I ordered a meatball pizza and an all meat. The meatball pizza was missing the cheddar cheese and both pizzas were a bit light on the sauce. This is the reason for the 3 star rating.  The pizzas had the right amount of toppings, price was appropriate, and service was friendly.

Not only is this place clean, the food is completely tasty and delicious every time. In a world where customer service and quality are slowly dying, Family Pizza Sherwood Park definitely continue to deliver! Best pasta we've ever had. Must try the fettuccine & carbonara.  Pizza is excellent and the gluten free options are worthy! If you're getting delivery, we've experienced having the food arrive hot and fresh! Exceptional all around!

Great pizza, our new favorite! My kids love the cheese bread. And the owner is the sweetest lady. I love to support local, especially when they’re not only kind, but do daily giveaways! Amazing place.

Hi! I just had to message and say how much we enjoy the Pizza from Family Pizza. I’ve been wanting to try the the Sirloin Steak pizza for some time now and finally ordered it tonight and holy! The absolute best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Between my daughter, granddaughter and I, it was gone! Can’t wait until we order again, I’ll be craving this one for awhile. I was lucky enough to win 3 pizzas from Family pizza and my family was thrilled with how good the pizza was! The crusts were great, I loved the taste of the sauce and I’m super picky, and they were perfectly cooked. We’ll definitely be buying pizza from Family pizza more often!
