Royal Pizza

I've had Royal Pizza from the Edmonton west location and haven't been impressed. However while at my cousins recently they decided to order pizza for dinner and they really enjoy Royal Pizza. I have to say its better than the west Edmonton location by far, not only is the store front better but the pizza was really good. I'm not sure why the difference in experiences or maybe its a franchise owner problem or a off night. I will try the west Edmonton location again just because the sherwood park location did so well. Vegetarian options: Its pizza, you can customize it to your needs. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, no reason not to bring the kids. Parking: Lots of available parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Dietary restrictions: If you dont eat gluten then skip this place.

Always great pizza. Top quality. The manager gave me the stare down when I walked in. I don't get the best vibe from the staff... probly cause of the manager. The atmosphere is lacking. No real impression one way or another. I recommend take out. Which I am sure is how they like it. At least that manager.

I ordered pizza on Christmas Eve at 3:30. We had guests coming for dinner. At 5:30 I tried calling them but no answer for 30 minutes. I even tried contacting another royal pizza and he tried numerous times to contact them. Now no pizzas for my guests. Worst experience dealing with royal pizza. Definitely will be contacting management

The best royal pizza in Edmonton area! I grew up going to the royal pizzas in Edmonton with my family but have felt they are on the decline in terms of quality, decided to try this location out and it was everything I remember royal pizza being! This location is keeping royal pizza alive

Not happy. Five years of service gone due to tgese new owners! Terrible service, terrible food. We had been provided a credit to our account due to an order that was burnt and inedible. Apparently, a new rule! They'll ask you when the credit was provided and then recant by saying the credit expires.Food: 1/5

Burnt, hard crust , felt like toppings were left-overs. It’s been awhile since ordering pizza from Royal , I was very disappointed in the quality of the pizza last night. I phone order at 9 pm was told it would be 1/2 hr. When I got there I waited 10 minutes no one else was in line and the staff was more interested in closing the place than me, no hello are you picking up etc / then a curt are you G. Yes oh, here’s your pizza. Drove home to open a mildly warm Stiff /Burnt crust, not what I expected, after a hard days work, really , really disappointed you have no idea. Not the pizza I and my family enjoyed in the past!!!

Where’s the sauce? Had a takeaway pizza last night that hardly had any sauce on it. My hubby and I both had a piece that tasted like dough with baked cheese. Kind of like a cheese bread but very doughy. Threw it out! What a waste of $24.00.All locations now skimp on the sauce whether it’s the pizza or pasta. Last time we had lasagne at the Ellerslie location that consisted of a bunch of noodles with a dab of sauce. If you want sauce one must pay an additional fee. The quality is gone as is my patronage.

Had a great experience! The staff were wonderful and the food was great. I highly recommend The Boss Has Gone Mad! Spaghetti on Pizza - sooooo good!

The pizza is outstanding as usual! The service is very good and the servers are pleasant and helpful. Prices, like everything else have gone up, not unreasonable, but limits my visits as my income hasn't changed in 3 years! I whole heartedly recommend Royal Pizza in Sherwwod Park!!
