I recently tried the Brooklyn Pizza from Panini's Italian Cucina in Sherwood Park, and I have to say, it might just be the best pizza I've ever had! Although I didn't dine in, the take-out experience was seamless and efficient, with friendly staff who were more than happy to help me select my meal.  The pizza itself was simply divine. The crust was perfectly crispy and chewy, with just the right amount of thickness. The toppings were generous and flavorful, with a perfect balance of flavors. I particularly enjoyed the combination of the tangy sauce, savory toppings, and fresh herbs - it was a taste explosion in my mouth!  Overall, I highly recommend Panini's Italian Cucina and their Brooklyn Pizza. If you're looking for a truly authentic Italian experience, this is the place to go. We love Paninis downtown and we were so excited when they opened up here!!! The food was so so yummy and the staff is so friendly. Will for sure be back lots

First time at the Panini's Italian Cucina. I had the Gnocchi de mama with Bolognese sauce  and garlic bread. The food was amazing, and the service was superb. I will definitely recommend this nice little place to all my friends and family. Added to your next place to tried.

Hands down the best italian food in Sherwood Park. This place runs like a well oiled machine. The love and attention to detail with his food makes Robs dishes the best. I highly recommend the Bruschetta and the picture here is the layered Lasagna. This is the best Lasagna I've had in my life so please come and give them a try. The only time you'll be disappointed is when your plates empty.

Ordered a calzone the other day around noon. A thursday i believe. Had one in house a few weeks ago and it was amazing. This one had barely any toppings and smaller.  Will go in house if I ever want to order again. Lesson learned.

UPDATE: The food was wonderful with lots of GF options and gf dessert will be available in the future. Great pricing/portions with a nice Atmosphere and wonderful coffee. Honestly one of the best places to go for a meal that's nice on your wallet and tastes great.  I've gone three times now and I can't get enough. Me and the Girlfriend both went, she even tried my gluten free option and loved it so I know it's good.  Dietary restrictions: Good gf options

Tried Panini's for the first time tonight. Glad we reserved a table as the place was hopping busy at 5:30pm! Our server Emma was super busy, but still very attentive.  Our meals were very tasty and plentiful!  The prices are reasonable ...we will definitely be back.  Very open atmosphere,  and not a big restaurant,  so it was quite noisy.  That was the only draw back.  We were in and out within one hour! Great service.

I have loved Panini's since i first moved to Edmonton on 2015. Then I moved to NE Edmonton, and a bit too far away from their Jasper Street location. Now, their new spot in Sherwood Park is open, and my friend and I ordered the fettuccine alla panna, our regular go to..and so good. But a new location can be different..  I ordered 2 of the fettuccine on the phone, and drove to pick the order up. The place was crazy busy on a saturday night. It was much bigger than the other location, with more seating. I grabbed my bag of good and went to my friend's place for food and a movie.  Unfortunately, there was only 1 serving instead of 2. I really should have look at the bag before leaving, so that's on me. I called and asked if there was an order of fettuccine left behind and yes there was. Now, the restaurant was very cool about it. They sent an uber to Edmonton to deliver the missing meal, and they included an extra serving and an apology on the bag!  Hey, I get it, you're new, you're busy, mistakes happen. No problem!  The food was good, I would just note that the chicken was a bit overcooked. It was a little rubbery. Maybe ask the chef to cook it a hair less.  Overall, a fine experience.

Stopped here for the first time.  Really nice friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in.  Really great staff.  The food is just great!  The portion sizing is perfect and pricing is where it should be expected.  Pretty good selection of pastas and sandwiches, can also order beer or wine.Definitely going to make this a regular stop.

Really enjoyed our pasta! My daughter was craving good pasta and this hit the spot and the prices were reasonable. Liked the fettuccini alla panna a lot and the spaghetti amitriciani was good but the bacon was like different I guess lol. Will try other items next time to see how the rest of the menu tastes.
