Definitely not what I was expecting to find, I enjoyed a great dinner with family there on the weekend. The food was excellent, the service was phenomenal. A good experience with affordable prices and a great wine list to choose from!
Initial visit went very well! Will be going back again very soon! The environment was relaxed and classy and pretty quiet due to Covid no doubt at the time of writing this. They had some music of Italian origin playing softly in the background and the first thing that came to mind was the classic movie The Godfather. I thoroughly enjoyed the music complimenting the dining experience. The food here is very flavorful and prepared well. Had 0 issues with any of the dishes or the service. I would recommend this pasta over anything you can get at Boston Pizza for around the same price. Lasagna was 22.00 and I would pay that again without hesitation. Had an Old Fashioned to go with this which was not on the menu but our server made one anyway and came out with a very solid drink. It was better than the Old Fashioned I recently had at The Keg. Cheese cake was phenomenal! Not overly buttery in flavor, which I prefer. Cake was firm which I also like. Probably one of the best cheesecakes I have had in long long time which is saying alot because I get this kind of desert at every opportunity. At only 7.50 I will be having it next time I go. Looking forward to trying the pizza at this establishment.
Visited life for the first time today for a work lunch. We came in at 11:45am and we were the only people in the restaurant for the entirety of our visit which is a bit of a red flag but we decided to stay. Their was one server who made drinks and also seemed like cooked our food, so things were a bit slow for a work lunch. I ordered the creamy pesto with chicken and garlic bread. The pesto was alright, nothing special and the pesto flavour didn’t come through. The garlic bread was Texas toast, like straight out of a package. The food was also pretty expensive I thought for what it is. A bit of constructive criticism from me would be to offer lunch specials with smaller portions and lower prices.
We went on Friday night. It was very quiet in the restaurant. Service was good. Pizza was delicious. Pasta was good. The sauce that came with my veal was off not something I would order again but pasta was good. My husband said his pasta was good but he said he wished chicken was fresh. Friend had spaghetti she said sauce was good but meatballs had to much breadcrums. Little buns that came with Pasta were delicious.. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu..
Overpriced for the quality of food. Service was slow. They argued strongly with me over the use of Groupon stating only one per table but this was not in my fine print. Won’t be back.
The staff was courteous and kind, the food and the value was the topper. We can’t wait to eat here again!
Food was so-so, nothing to write home about. Service was alright. Served a flat pop. Replaced with water. Was charged for the flat pop on the bill $4. When we noticed it, we had already paid. Mentioned it to the server, she didn’t do anything about it. She should have made it right. We didn’t want to make a fuss on $4. A little pricey. One appy, three mains, and a flat pop was $92.
An absolutely fantastic atmosphere! Very modern with nice Italian feel with the wine bottles on the wall. Very nice dishes and friendly service. I personally found the serving sizes to be a bit small, and the risotto dish was a little bland. This restaurant is worth the visit, but there are better Italian options.
Wonderful wonderful food. My kids said it was the best pizza and pasta in the world. Had 2 appetizers and 4 meals. Also dessert. That taramisu was SO amazing. Hand whipped cream . Ughhhhh Honestly have no idea why it wasn't busy. Honestly the best price and quality and friendly people. Hats off to the chef PLEASE support this business.
Exquisite environment and excellent food. Love the presentation of the bar area, beautiful. Will return soon.
