Pizza Box

Just tried this place for the first time today and wow I have to say... some of the best pizza I've had in a longtime !! Love the crispy crust !! Wings were amazing and food arrived hot and fresh. Definitely reccomend this place!!!

Pizza was okay. I ordered the ham and pineapple for my girlfriend and I and it was rather underwhelming. The crust was okay but somewhat tasteless and there was very little ham and pineapple on the pizza itselfin my opinion which was echoed by my gf. We ordered online and when we arrived to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready at they had not ever started making it yet. Apparently they had missed our order along with an order for someone ordering through skip the dishes. We were one of three orders they had. The staff was friendly.

Do yourself a favour and get addicted to your new favourite pizza place! The sauce is next level!! A very delicious change from a traditional style sauce. I have always had great experiences with delivery service and overall customer service! One time my pizza had too much cheese, which most people may have loved. I am weird and like my cheese on the easy side.

Sorry for the late review, I used pizza box back in January to cater a birthday party for 25 people. I met with the owner to do discuss the menu and some of the challenges we faced as some of my guests didn't eat certain meats for religious reasons. She put my mind at ease, she came up with a great selection of pizzas that everyone could enjoy. But she didn't stop there, she was able to make butter chicken, nan bread, and rice. This was a huge hit!!! Everyone commented that the food was superb!! And asked me if I made it, lol. The cost of the catering was more than fair, and the food was fantastic. I will certainly be a repeat customer...

We always order from here for our pizza meals. The quality of the ingredients is nice and freah with a terrific crust. We had a small issue with the raw tomatoes too few and with a call to the shop it was promptly and pleasantly dealt with. This business deserves the five star rating and we are happy to continue to dine from there.

The pizza itself is good, but nothing special or memorable. The cinnistix are not that good at all, but the dipping sauce that comes with them is awesome. I ordered online, which was easy enough, but there are a few bugs on their system, so there is no way to verify your info. It was estimated to take 50 minutes for our order to arrive and it finally arrived after an hour and fifteen minutes. The delivery guy wasn't rude, but he wasn't friendly or approachable either. The pizza was hot and fresh and our drinks were really cold, which was great. Our order was correct, even the special requests I made for the pizza which I really appreciated. Overall it was ok, but I don't think I would order from them again or recommend them to family or friends.

The customer service here is fantastic. Such nice people! I was short on a recent skip the dishes delivery and they called me directly to apologize and send me my item. I wasn’t overly bothered that it was missing to begin with so it’s nice to see that customer service is still alive and people still care about that stuff. Great job pizza box!

We decided to order pizza on this dreary cold day so I went online and stumbled across what appeared to be a new pizza place here in Sherwood Park. We ordered online super easy and the pizza showed up steaming hot about 35 minutes later. The delivery driver was super sweet, he even had treats for the dogs. Pizza was pretty good, everything was fresh and it was exactly as we had ordered it. We will most likely order from here again.

Place is highly overrated, love how they don't even bother responding to the negative reviews. Ordered pizza from here when we first moved to Sherwood Park, had asked for a simple task of extra sauce and half onions on a pizza and it seems as if they put half the sauce and extra onions. Not sure how hard their job is but I think it was a pretty easy order, but I guess that's what you get when your pizza shows up within 25 mins of ordering, wasn't even fully cooked. My girlfriend didn't even want to answer the door cause the pizza delivery guy didn't look presentable or approachable.

Super friendly staff and the pizza is superb! I'm a huge pizza buff and everything from the dough to the toppings is proportioned perfectly and tastes great. Also very affordable and love the single slice options.
