Just had the worst experience ever ordered online got confirmation email. Go to pick up food cant find order then eventually given food pasta looked and tasted like it been warmed back up from the lunchtime tasted disgusting wont be going back here in a hurry.

Placed an online order for a Veggie and Margarita Pizza both stuffed crust in the mid afternoon for pickup at 5:15pm. I called afterward to confirm with the store that they received my order. Man who answered the phone was pleasant. Pizza was hot, fresh and ready on time. We experienced none of the issues identified in other reviews and we would order from this Pizza Hut location again. It was delicious.

It seems they are not wanting people to eat in, we had to ask for plates, siverware, cups and napkins and it took a while for the asked for items to arrive at the table.Food: 2/5

The pizza was so fresh and delicious, not overly greasy! The french fries were smoking not and so yummy as well. The staff was so friendly and helpful.  Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booster seats available  Parking: Decent parking in the little strip mall

As far as Pizza Huts go I find this is one of the better ones. I've always gotten consistent pizza from them and the one time I had an issue in the past too much pizza sauce on an easy on the sauce pizza it was handled perfectly and I was credited with a new pizza on my account. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how those mistakes are handled that makes all the difference.  A+ location.

Worst pizza I ever got. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and they sent something that looked like a cheese pizza, nothing that even looked like a pepperoni slice. I called in the guy told me I ordered the wrong kind of pepperoni pizza. HAH?  doesn’t all pepperoni pizza have pepperoni on it that is not “chopped up in the pizza” according to Pizza Hut guy. Don’t order from here, unless you want to argue with Pizza Hut or are expecting what you expected

Poor service, two hours later, still haven't received my pizza.  I get mistakes happen but the Manager was very unsympathetic and did not apologize for their error.  Multiple calls later to discover the pizza was delivered to the incorrect house.  Couldn't track my order from the online order number, argued with me that the pizza was already delivered.  Had to ask how they are compensating for their error.  Not an offer to right their honest mistake.  Will not be calling for pizza from Okotoks Pizza Hut again.
