We tend to try different pizza places in town since there are so many options. We have ordered from Tom's twice now and we will be back. The crust isn't too bready, thin, or greasy. It was a perfect balance and there were generous toppings. My only request would be to have an online ordering option.
Their pizza has a really nice crispy crust and it is piled on with tons of toppings! They have a nice little selection local craft beers on tap too. The staff are really friendly and it is quite clean inside. It could probably use a bit of a refresh in terms of the decor and furniture that is ripping in some places. But the pizza is delicious and you can stay in or take it to go!!
The restaurant side was very quiet. I was the only diner at lunchtime on Sunday. I guess that makes it quite a safe place to dine in. The server/manager has been working for Tom's for the pastc8 years and is really quite friendly and knowledgeable. The personal sized Chicken, Peppers and Pineapple pizza was excellent! Love the thin crust and the ample toppings as though it were a thick crust pizza. The Parmigian Chicken are backed instead of fried and tasted really juicy! I didn't know that Tom's House of Pizza was in Okotoks, but now that I do I will definitely keep it mind in the future.
We had heard the ads on the radio so decided to go for a drive on our anniversary to try the buffet for lunch. It was horrible, extremely disappointing. There was no food out when we arrived. We had to wait half an hour before they brought out some salad and one pizza. The pizza was awful, crust was hard not crispy very little sauce and cheese, very dry and required a lot of chewing and very tasteless. Would have made better dog biscuits or teething biscuits. We had higher hopes for other pizza we assumed would be put on the buffet. It was over half an hour before anymore pizza appeared and it was equally disappointing. To add insult, the restaurant was very dirty. Paper coasters on the table were used and dirty but she put our drinks on them anyway. I picked my glass up to take a drink and there were lipstick lip prints on it. By this time I had lost my appetite we paid the bill and left and won't be back.
Amazing pizza. Had to take a few home Lethbridge. I'll be back!Food: 5/5
We recently ordered delivery from Tom's House of Pizza and received the wrong order, which can happen. The young lady who took our order handled it very well and did her best to have the correct order delivered as quickly as possible. A few days later, I received a phone call from the restaurant to make sure we were happy and looked after. I greatly appreciated the follow-up call, it showed that the restaurant really cares about its customers. This kind of service is what makes people loyal clients - and the excellent pizza, of course! :-
Food has dropped in quality took the kids here the lasagna was disgusting couldn't find a clean table to eat at. The pub side is great the restaurant side is horrible.
It was absolutely awesome! I sat at the bar and took to go for my drive back to Calgary. The gal behind the bar was personable, friendly. She recommended I take some of their home made hotsauce for the pizza and it was very delicious. The quality of the pizza is exactly what I was hoping for and hit the spot - lots of toppings, crispy, cheesy. Definitely recommended! I wish I had a Tom's close to me so it was aovely treat!
We ordered a large cheese, Greek and Hawaiian at 3pm on a Sunday and were not all that happy with the product. The cheese on the Greek and Hawaiian were barely melted and the crust on all of them was not just crunchy but hard -- even rubbery. The cheese pizza crust was burnt about an inch around the edge. We spent around $70 on this order and I don't believe it was worth the price at all. Sadly, I don't rate our experience much higher than a take-and-bake pie from the grocery store. We did like the tangy pizza sauce however.
We always have fun! Stacey & Elle are a hoot!Food: 5/5
