Food poisoning. All 3 people that ate it were throwing up within 6 hours.  We ordered the pizza in the early afternoon online to have it delivered for suppertime - that way we could forget about it. I suspect they made the pizza immediately and realized it was too early but didnt bother to make new pizza.  When received it was dry like a pizza gets when you leave it out on the counter all night.  Regardless, their food handling is clearly poor. Will never order again.  Thanks for ruining our Christmas Eve.

We have ordered from here for two years in a row for our large sports event. We order pizza for our volunteers during their breaks. I've ordered between 10 - 20 pizzas ahead of time, and they have been on time, accurate, and great customer service. We truly appreciate the customer service and timeliness of the order as order for that many pizzas can get confusing. No issues with CPU whatsoever!

The owner is very nice, CPU pizza is decent for a utility pizza, and it has good value extra large is your best pizza per $ for their everyday price.  The only reason I don't come more often is they don't have the  50% off slow days like Pizza Hut or $12 4-toppings Larges like Dominos and Papa Johns. I would also go to little cesars as they have the best value large Veggie pizzas $13. But, The Okotoks one doesn't make large pizzas, so Don't waste money on a bunch of mediums.  But CPU's pizza by the slice $3 is also good and is an even better deal with a can of pop $3.50. if you need a snack/lunch. You aren't getting a meal for that anywhere else these days ...assuming the slices are still huge. Especially since your average vending machine wants like $3.50-4.75 just for a bottle of water.

Came in to get 2 slices of pizza after being told they had no cheese I was ready to walk out after saying I cannot eat pepperoni. Manager offered to make a fresh cheese one if I waited and I agreed. Pepperonis were under the cheese on my pizza and unfortunately I had already ate it . Disrespected my religious values . Do not go here if you want your dietary restrictions respected . Other reviews also show that they mess up toppings very often

Food was absolutely terrible don’t order the poutine or their lasagna so gross I threw it out as soon as I got it lasagna has some weird gross tasting dollar store sauce and the poutine I got had no gravy!! How does that even happen like seriously. 100 percent will never order anything from here ever again totally ruined my night . that was by far the worst meal I’ve ever had from anywhere. I’m disgusted

Food was really good had me in a really good mood after my break up

I would give this place no stars if I could. We specifically asked them to make the pizza crispy and well done but many times we saw that the pizza was not cooked properly. The veggies inside were not cooked at all. It was as if the pizza had been taken out and broiled from the top afterwards. The person working there, when asked to put the pizza in the oven for a little longer, yelled at us. The quality of this place has gone down hill after the management changed. I had been buying pizza from this place for a long time before this happened. Buyer Beware.. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

Food is good enough but someone needs to stay on top of their online advertising. $9.99 pick up special is the first thing that pops up when a Google search is performed for CPU Okotoks however I am told that it is not correct and it is now $13.99, and this is when I picked up and went to pay.
