Second time ordering here, and when it is made fresh,...DELICIOUS! I should have posted the pics before I devoured most of it, but you can see a perfect amount of cheese and toppings. One word of advice though is to not order the "fresh and ready" bc it seems to sit a while. Get it freshly made and it's the best pizza in Okotoks. I use to be a strictly Papa Johns guy, but since getting sick off their disgusting pizza from the Okotoks location, I will only go to this Little Caesars from now on thumbs up to the awesome staff!.
The Hot N Ready 'za that I got tonight was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. It had been cooked probably 4-6 hours prior to my arrival and was about as hard as diamonds, if not work. We're talking earth-shattering, teeth-destroying hardness that far exceeds anything the Mohs scale has ever witnessed. The hardness of this pizza would have scored a 500 on the Mohs hardness scale, and that s*it doesn't even exist! It's really a shame because most of my experiences with Little Caesars in the past have been decent. About 7/10 times I get a good 'za, the other 3 times it;s like a bunch of 16-year-olds working who just DGAF about anything other than getting the heck outta there no longer than 12 seconds after closing hour.
Good luck getting what you ordered. Constantly opening the box to find the right label but wrong pizza in it.
One guy there is the bomb. I love himforgot his name, good tasting things. The only problem is that whenever you order something not hit and ready it takes so long for them to make it. Because they make every other persons pizza that orders AFTER you. Instead of me who is 10 minutes earlier than them
I was blown away by the level of service I received at this location. Michelle was incredibly kind and attentive. I like to make extremely custom orders and not only was it delivered on but Michelle was happy to do so. I never thought I would have such a wonderful experience at a pizza chain especially little Ceasars . If you are looking for good service, good food, and pleasant staff this is likely the best pizza shop in Okotoks!

Went for the no-waiting "Hot & Ready" pizza. There was a bit of a wait, simply because this service has become so popular. However the staff were working at breakneck speed and the line moved fast. I was impressed. 2 medium pizzas for less than $20. Can't beat that.
Normally theiir pizza is open, but wow, X2 weekends in a row and it's been over 1 hour since Their opening time, store is locked and lights are off. What a joke
About half the time there is a ridiculous wait for hot-n-ready pizzas Frequently has taken 30 minutes to get my pizzas after they warned me of a five minute wait. Terribly managed location with not enough staff and they didn't seem to know how the systems operated. Pizza was good.
Went here last night because apparently everyone in Turner Valley & Black Diamond better eat at home after 9 pm on a Wednesday evening. Can't even go to the store in BD! The man, I'm assuming the owner was talkative & personable. We ordered 2 pizzas and Italian cheese bread. He even gave us tomato dipping sauce because there was no BBQ sauce for the 10 yr. old, God forbid! Lol kids! Plus sent us out the door with free bread sticks. We WILL darken this doorstep again.
